The space
The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full bathroom attached. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa that transforms into a queen bed. In the living room, you'll experience a 75" smart TV equipped with all necessary streaming apps. This unit is very picture worthy with mirrors, wallpaper, and all the works. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. We paid attention to every detail to ensure your stay is an enjoyable and memorable one!

Named for the European immigrants who first settled here in the mid-19th century, Germantown is a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places located just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville.

Centered around Buchanan Street just northwest of Germantown, you’ll find the Buchanan Arts District - one of Nashville’s up-and-coming areas. It has quickly become a haven for artists and designer businesses and is one of Nashville's hidden and eclectic gems.

Best Airbnb EVER!
This is definitely one of the best Airbnb locations I have EVER stayed at. Aside from the little apartment being drop dead gorgeous, Ava was constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we need. It was the little details that really stood out to my friend and I. As soon as we walked in, Ava had snacks and a thank you note prepared for us. She even had a hairdryer with a diffuser in the bathroom (every curly headed person air punching right now.) We got the cutest pictures with the lovely bathroom wall paper, decorations and living room setup. She had a wonderful variety of coffee waiting there for us to use in the Keurig that was giving nothing less than Dolly Parton vibes. Finally, her guidebook to Nash was the icing on the cake with every recommendation you could need to make your stay perfect :)
Ava is a great host!
